Sources of my identity
From a series, made in 2016, in which I approach my own life and the formation of my world-view, starting from authentic, mostly self-biographical photos. The background in each image has been processed using neural network based style transfer, with a map of Europe as the style model. On top of this background, I have added a human figure, either hand painted or cut from an old photo and neurally converted into a line texture.
